Glenn Fredrich
Glenn Fredrich has been in the service business for over 30 years with a focus on customer satisfaction. He graduated university with an electronics engineering degree in 1992. For the next 10 years Glenn was the lead field engineer and project manager for the two top rated technology companies in the country. After a successful career as an engineer, Glenn decided to follow the American dream and go into business for himself. For the next 20 years Glenn successfully grew, managed, and then sold two of his businesses, so he could follow his true passion and scale his real estate business endeavors. From an early age
Glenn has always had a passion for all things real estate and helping others gain their own business success, which led to the launch of Emerald Tide Capital. Glenn’s primary focus has been to help other investors achieve their own real estate investing goals through creative funding and joint venture investing opportunities. Glenn has incorporated the same core values from his previous business success into Emerald Tide Capital with a focus on long term mutually beneficial real estate investing partnerships.
